Office Policies

CANCELLATIONS: As a courtesy to our office and other patients, we ask that you please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be charged a $70.00 fee for any missed appointment or cancellation giving less than 24 hours notice for any non-emergency situations. Frequently missed appointments or multiple last minute cancellations will result in dismissal from the practice and is up to the practitioner’s discretion to reschedule appointments. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hour’s notice from packages are subject to the same fees.

Consistently late arrivals will be subject to dismissal from the practice and is up to the practitioner’s discretion to reschedule appointments.

TREATING MINORS: Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians must be present during the initial intake, insertion of needles and taking out of needles. I provide a comfortable chair for parents/guardians to rest. For teens between the ages of 16-18, parents can wait in the waiting room during the resting portion of the session at the teen’s request.

PHONE POLICY: Phones are to be silent in the waiting room and in the treatment room. Take this time to take a technology break to maximize your rest and recovery.
